Transfer to an upcoming event:
You may do a one-time ticket registration transfer to an upcoming event within one year of the original event by notifying us in writing at customerservice@inman.com.
- If your notice of transfer is more than 4 weeks prior to the ticketed conference, you may transfer your registration to the next Inman Connect event for no fee.
- If your notice of transfer is less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week before a ticketed conference, you may transfer your registration to the next Inman Connect event for a $150 administrative fee.
- If your notice of transfer is received 1 week or less before a ticketed conference, the transfer option will no longer be available and the ticket registration will be forfeited.
Reassign your ticket registration:
You may reassign your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at customerservice@inman.com.
All substitution requests will be processed within two business days. Attendee substitutions on or after the start of the event will require a $150 fee.
