Your In-line booth height cannot be taller than 8 feet. Island booths have a max height of 16’.
There is limited ceiling height in many areas of the exhibit hall and exhibits cannot exceed the heights listed above.
Exhibit display must not obstruct the view of adjacent booths. In the rear 5 feet of in-line and peninsula booths, display material or equipment may be placed to a height not exceeding 8 feet. In the remainder of the booth, display material or equipment shall not exceed 4 feet in height. The backside of the display panels that are visible from adjacent booths must be finished.
Aisles and exits shall be kept clean, clear and free of obstructions. Easels, signs, etc. shall not be placed beyond booth area so as to obstruct or block aisles or exits, fire and safety devices or equipment. Cardboard boxes or combustible materials may not be stored on top or near any electrical wiring in the spaces behind the back-wall drapery (booth), under tables, or behind any display. Literature on display shall be limited to reasonable quantities (one day supply). Reserve supplies shall be kept in closed containers and stored in a neat and compact manner.
