Cancellation Policy; Monthly, Quarterly and Annual
All requests must be received in writing to Customer Service. If you are requesting to cancel your annual membership within 5 days of the purchase, we will refund the full amount of such initial purchase, less a $10 processing fee.
For monthly and quarterly memberships, your cancellation will cancel only future charges associated with your membership. All cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your membership for the remainder of the current billing period.
Cancellation Policy; Individual to Group Account.
Individual members with an annual or multi-month contract can be added as a child account at the end of their contract. Inman will not refund or cancel individual accounts who are also eligible as a child account under a group membership.
