Instructions to review your account
Login at Inman.com using your email address
Go to Account Settings (top right corner menu)
If you have an active Inman subscription, you will see a link to Manage Payments towards the bottom of your Account Settings page. Click Manage Payments to view: subscription information, renewal information, update payment link or payments.
If you do not have an active Inman subscription, your account is considered a non-paying user. You will see several menu tabs: Profile, My Subscriptions, Cards, Newsletters. If you believe you do have a paid active Inman subscription, try logging out and logging back in using a different email address.
Important Payment Notes:
To update payment method - enter your new card details and save. Once updated, your new card will be charged for all future subscription renewals.
Payment method changes do not affect your current billing cycle — your subscription continues as usual until the next renewal.
If a payment fails, our system will attempt to charge the saved method again. To avoid interruptions, ensure your billing details are current.
For security reasons, we cannot accept payment details via email or chat. Please update them directly in your account.
