Managing your account and payment information is simple with Inman. Below are the key details you should know about how payments work in our system.
Payment Methods
Accepted methods include major credit cards and debit cards.
You may update your payment method anytime, but the new card will replace the existing one.
Updating Your Payment Method (for Paid Subscribers)
Log in to your Inman account.
Go to Account Settings
Select Manage Payments
Enter your new card details and save.
Once updated, your new card will be charged for all future subscription renewals.
Updating Your Payment Method (for non-paying users)
Log in to your Inman account.
Go to Account Settings
Click the Cards tab
Enter your new card details and save.
The saved card will be saved if you choose to subscribe to a paid Inman Subscription (Select, Access or Intel)
Important Notes
Payment method changes do not affect your current billing cycle — your subscription continues as usual until the next renewal.
If a payment fails, our system will attempt to charge the saved method again. To avoid interruptions, ensure your billing details are current.
For security reasons, we cannot accept payment details via email or chat. Please update them directly in your account.
