If you received an error message, it’s often due to one of these reasons:
There may be a mismatch between your association/MLS membership email and your preferred email address.
The email on file with your association/MLS membership has not been added to the eligible user list
You are on the eligible user list, but your account still needs to be activated.
Here’s what you can do next:
Contact your organization's member benefits administrator to verify the email address on file and that the Inman Select benefit is offered.
Contact Inman's support team (customerservice@inman.com) to verify your eligibility.
